All eyes in Silicon Valley were glued to their screens on Tuesday when Apple introduced a new version of the iconic iPhone. eBay wasted no time in sending out a message that it would happily pay for used smart phones in a trade-in promotion for those wanting cash to put toward the new Apple iPhone 4S.
