Camilla offers a glamorous take on traditional tennis whites as she arrives at Wimbledon

The Duchess of Cornwall, Sophie Wessex and Zara Tindall are the latest royals to grace the All England Club at Wimbledon – and they all seemed more than happy to mingle with the crowds and be photographed.

Zara, 38, put on an affectionate display with husband Mike Tindall, 40, as they took their seats on Centre Court. The mother-of-two dressed casually in a £369 blue-and-white striped dress, donning a pair of glasses to keep out the Wimbledon glare.

And Camilla, 71, looked delighted to have an afternoon of spectating ahead of her as she took her seat in the royal box for men’s quarter-final day.

Recycling a favourite dress for her trip to south-west London, she sported the same elegant v-necked Fiona Clare dress that she wore to Prince Louis’ christening back in July 2018.

Last week Meghan was criticised for sitting with just two friends in the royal box and not allowing anyone to take photos of her.

Zara Tindall, 38, sat with husband Mike Tindall, 40, in the royal box this afternoon as they waited to watch some of the biggest stars in tennis take to the court – including Roger Federer

Elsewhere, the Countess of Wessex smiled and laughed with Prince Albert of Monaco as the pair arrived to see Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic in action.

Sophie, 54, looked relaxed as she chatted to the European royal in the sunshine – dressed in a £795 Peter Pilotto Floral-print cloqué dress. Albert was similarly smartly dressed in a navy suit and tie, along with sunglasses.

Zara and Mike looked thoroughly engaged in the match as they clapped and cheered with the crowds.

Mike was also dressed for the day, in a dark blue suit and a paler shirt underneath.

The Duchess of Cornwall looked on sparkling form for the solo visit to SW19 as she met with the staff, officials and ball-boys and girls who help to bring the two-week tournament to life.

As she made her way to the royal box with aides, the duchess enjoyed a joke with theatre star and Radio 2 presenter Elaine Paige.

Cutting a stylish figure, Camilla matched the Fiona Clare dress, which has pretty embroided floral detail around the neck, with a single string of pearls and a pair of low-heeled court shoes in tan.

Carrying a casual-style Heidi Klein bag with bamboo handles, Camilla spent time chatting with ball boy Michael Aw-Yong, 14, about what it’s like to work on the show courts with some of the biggest stars in the game.

Camilla also took time to chat with stars of the wheelchair game during the visit, as they prepare to take to the showcourts tomorrow.

British hopeful Andy Lapthorne shook the duchess’ hand as she made her way along the game’s best home-grown stars. Lapthorne, 28, will take on David Wagner tomorrow as the wheelchair tennis gets underway.

Sophie wore the pretty Peter Pilotto Floral-print cloqué dress with a gold necklace and a silver over sized clutch. She also wore her blonde locks up and kept her make up natural to watch today’s game.

There was also a good sprinkling of celebrities in the stands of Centre Court.

Day nine of Wimbledon will see all the major players including Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and Serena Williams take to the court.

Defending champion Djokovic is kicking off proceedings against Belgium’s David Goffin before Federer battles it out against Kei Nishikori on Centre Court.

Over on Court One, Rafael Nadal will be taking on the United States’ Sam Querrey in the final men’s quarter-final.

With no Brits left in the singles draws, Andy Murray is flying the flag in the mixed doubles.

So Sophie, do you really have super powers?

The Countess of Wessex cut a dash at Wimbledon – with a handbag that hinted at secret life outside the Royal Family.

Tucked under her arm, the large envelope clutch was embossed with the words: ‘I’m not saying I am wonderwoman. I’m just saying that no one has ever seen me and wonderwoman in the same place.’

The slogan is popular on the small business website Etsy, appearing on products including T-shirts, mugs and towels.

She paired the bag with a bold patterned Peter Pilotto dress, which costs £795.
