Canal Basin footbridge open to public despite Royal Mail demolition work being unfinished

The Canal Basin Footbridge has been reopened today despite sections of the former Royal Mail building still standing. The footbridge was closed to the public on Sunday while work took place to tear down the city landmark which backs onto Bishop Street .
