Carbon artist designs stamps (The Morning Call)

The U.S. Postal Service on Thursday unveiled four new stamps designed by artist Victor Stabin of Jim Thorpe . He created the artwork for the stamps depicting four American scientists — theoretical physicist John Bardeen, biochemist Gerty Cori, above, astronomer Edwin Hubble and chemist Linus Pauling.
