Carbondale post office to offer special eclipse-themed postmark for collectors
The Southern Pictorial postmarks are sometimes offered by the U.S. Postal Service to celebrate local events in communities all over the country. The Carbondale Post Office has not issued a special postmark in 10 or 12 years, said window clerk Scott Luttenbacher. |
