FedEx Expands with 146,792-SF Lease

HOUSTON-FedEx has leased 146,792 square feet at Ellington Trade Center, a 50-acre industrial park developed by Dallas-based KDC. FedEx, which signed a five-year lease, will use the new space for its Home Delivery group. More than 250 employees will move in on October 1. More: continued here
