CCTV captures moment pensioner's purse is stolen outside post office
ITV News The theft happened outside the Victoria Park Post Office at around 9am on April 9th. A 69-year-old woman went to the cash machine on Cowbridge Road East to withdraw her pension and then dropped her purse on the pavement as she went to a nearby bin.
