CFH launches ‘Print Lover’, a new ecommerce brand

CFH Docmail, a UK provider of print and multichannel communication services, has announced the launch of Print Lover, a new ecommerce brand designed to deliver print through what it calls a modern, intuitive, and visually distinctive digital platform.

The launch has been touted as “a strategic extension of CFH’s capabilities,” translating its lithographic and digital print expertise into a focused online store for businesses, print brokers, marketing teams, and creative agencies.

Print Lover has been developed to meet what CFH sees as a growing demand from customers for simplified, intuitive online ordering capabilities.

Print Lover offers a curated range of print products including business cards, leaflets, booklets, posters, and folded materials. The platform has been designed to enable customers to upload artwork easily, customise specifications, and access customer support throughout the experience.

The platform has a pop art–inspired visual identity designed to set it apart in the online print market. According to CFH, its branding “brings colour, energy, and personality” to the website experience.

While the new Print Lover brand introduces a new identity and customer-facing experience for those purchasing CFH print products, all operations, production, and customer support will still be delivered by CFH’s in-house teams.

Effort has also been made to embed sustainable choices throughout the offering, including FSC certified paper stocks, an ISO 14001–accredited environmental management framework, and tree planting initiatives delivered through Treefo.

CFH’s group chief executive officer, Bill McFedries, says: “Print Lover delivers a modern, intuitive, and visually distinctive digital platform to purchase premium print products, built on trusted and proven processes.

“By combining ease of ordering with assured professional production, strong sustainability credentials and excellent customer service, we’re excited about the opportunity to grow the Print Lover brand.”

CFH also recently announced a strengthening of its long-standing partnership with print and mail automation specialist, BlueCrest, with the purchase of new machinery solutions for mail printing.

The latest investment from CFH includes the installation of an additional BlueCrest Epic inserting system with Print+ Messenger (PPM), which works in tandem with its Olympus and Vantage letter sorter solutions.

The combination of the Bluecrest Epic and PPM aims to streamline the mail fulfilment process, providing additional automation to ensure faster turnaround times and enhanced data integrity.

Together, these systems aim to deliver significant gains in speed, precision, and reliability in CFH’s production operations, thereby majorly increasing the company’s mail fulfilment production capacity.

Steve Cray, group production director at CFH, comments: “Our continued collaboration with BlueCrest allows us to maintain the highest standards of integrity, security, and operational efficiencies.

“These investments demonstrate our commitment to providing efficient, accurate, and innovative hybrid mail and transactional communication solutions that evolve with our clients’ needs.”
