Charges filed in death of Royal Lakes man (The Telegraph)

CARLINVILLE – An Arkansas man has been charged with concealing the 2004 homicidal death of a Macoupin County resident. The victim in the case is identified as Milton George Smith, who lived in the village of Royal Lakes.
