By JASON WITZ A Charlotte County post office has been removed from a list of nationwide sites at risk of closing, although the future of a Sarasota branch remains uncertain. The Murdock branch at 19190 Cochran Blvd. in Port Charlotte was among 172 offices taken off the chopping block by the U.S. Postal Service last week.
