Charlotte project converts FedEx trucks to hybrids (Charlotte Business Journal)

FedEx Corp. has added 92 hybrid-electric trucks to its delivery fleet. The trucks were converted into hybrid vehicles in Charlotte over the past six months, creating 50 temporary jobs in the area. (FDX)
