Chattanooga patrons concerned U.S. Postal Service's downtown branch will close

For many who work in the central business district here, the morning routine includes a walk to the post office annex. Bankers, lawyers, businesses, charitable agencies and local government offices send somebody across Broad Street to empty their post office boxes.
