If you want to make some extra money this Christmas, there are still plenty seasonal jobs available across Hertfordshire.

Temporary customer facing retail roles are high in demand; some of the job openings we found are at stores such as Sainsbury’s, Next, and WHSmith.

Warehousing pick and packing, as well as delivery driver roles, are also needed around the county.

Royal Mail runs a big recruitment initiative every year for Christmas, the busiest time of year for the company.

While it appears that there are no open seasonal mail sorter roles left to be filled, its website says that it is currently looking for delivery and multi-drop drivers in “nationwide locations”.

Dedicated Sunday delivery drivers earn £18.58 per hour – £148 for an 8 hour shift.

To apply you can either text ‘DRIVING’ to 87800 or email royalmail@pertemps.co.uk.
