HAMILTON — Whether it’s the city’s east or west sides, homes declared as nuisances are cropping up at fast rates.Since January 2010, the city of Hamilton has demolished more than 50 blighted properties, which are only becoming more common as homes are foreclosed and the economy remains fragile. An additional 30 properties have been declared nuisances.
