Those who frequent the Clarks Summit Post Office may have noticed something missing recently.Or rather, someone.Jerry Burke, 58, of Clarks Summit, who began working for the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) almost 40 years ago, retired, completing his last shift behind the counter on Friday, Oct. 31.
