Clayton man’s family confront post office killer at commitment hearing

MARTINEZ — Raymond Casso was planning an anniversary party for his wife of 47 years when, on a routine trip to the Clayton post office in March 2009, he was stabbed to death by a paranoid schizophrenic who was angry that he could not trade in stamps for cash.
