Colleen Cason: Post office should stand and deliver

I received the dreaded pink slip the other day. It was not the kind indicating I had joined the ranks of the unemployed. It was the one that signaled my work was about to begin. When I was not home, our U.S. Postal Service carrier attempted to deliver a package that required a signature. The pink slip meant going to my local branch to pick it up.
