Computer glitch leaves families on food stamps hungry

Glitches in a new computer system could leave some county residents hungry for Christmas. The NCFAST computer program – Families Accessing Services through Technology – has instead been too slow, say the people whose food stamp eligibility it was designed to re-certify.
