Congressman proposes post office be named for fallen soldier (WUTR – WFXV Utica)

WATERVILLE, N.Y. — An Oneida County post office could be named after a soldier killed in Iraq. Congressman Michael Arcuri proposed a bill to rename the Waterville Post Office in memory of Corporal John Sigsbee.
