HOMES at a controversial housing estate in Grove are nearing completion.
Work on the last of Bellway’s 133 dwellings at Grove Meadows started almost three years after the development opened.
Since then Bellway has built a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with most now occupied and just two still available for sale.

Luke Southgate, sales director for Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “Demand for two, three and four-bedroom properties was identified during the planning process and the range of homes we have built has proven popular.
“Most of our residents have been local to Grove, Wantage or the surrounding areas and many have taken advantage of the government’s Help to Buy scheme for new homes.
“This is a fantastic location just half an hour from Oxford, with great schools and amenities drawing people to the village.
“Grove Meadows has created areas of public open space and has countryside walks close by.
“As we look to complete the final homes at Grove Meadows, we are welcoming visitors to find out more about the final few homes by appointment only.”
