Contract for cigarette tax stamps not yet approved: NEDA (ABS-CBNNEWS.com)

MANILA, Philippines – The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) made it clear that it has not yet approved a Swiss firm’s proposal to provide tax stamps on cigarette packs.
