The British Nutrition Foundation’s recommended daily protein intake is 56g for men and 45g for women (based on bodyweights of 75kg and 60kg, respectively). An article incorrectly suggested that these figures were maximum daily amounts (The truth about protein, 15 April, G2, p4).
