Moorpark city council last week approved conceptual plans to build a 5,200squarefoot post office on city-owned land at the west end of High Street. If approved by the city council on July 2, the site, which be longs to the Moorpark Redevelopment Agency, will be leased to the U.S. Post Office for $1 per year.
