Council Approves Tax Abatement Plan For FedEx’s Proposed Distribution Center

Real Property Assessment Would Be Reduced By 70 Percent For 7 Years The town council has approved a tax abatement agreement with FedEx Ground Packaging System Inc. in hopes that the company will invest $25 million in a new distribution center in town.
