Council bars trucks on North Royal (The Warren Sentinel)

At their Monday meeting, the town council voted unanimously to ban through trucks on Royal Avenue between Commerce Avenue and South Street. Instead, truckers must turn onto Commerce Avenue – a VDOT-designated truck route – to get through town.
