Court: FedEx workers can sue over age bias (WHBF-TV Quad Cities)

SUPREME COURT (AP) – The Supreme Court is allowing an age discrimination lawsuit against FedEx to proceed. The justices ruled, 7-2, that the employees claiming discrimination should not suffer because of mistakes made by the federal agency charged with investigating their allegations.
