Shiona brings a wealth of strategic and operational leadership experience from a 20-year career in the private and public sector. She joins CrossCountry from Amazon where she headed up the fulfilment operation in South West England and West Yorkshire. Prior to this she held a number of senior positions at Royal Mail, culminating in Service Delivery Director, Southern region. In this role, Shiona led all aspects of the supply chain in a region covering half the UK and led on delivery of complex and detailed changes to improve customer experience and performance. Interim Managing Director Scott Maynard will work closely with Shiona over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition, ahead of standing down.
