Cyclist taken to hospital after crash with car in Melksham

A cyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash with a car in Melksham.

Paramedics treated the 55-year-old woman in Berryfield Park on Thursday (13 March).

Police blocked the road, close to Semington Road, for while emergency services attended.

The casualty was taken to hospital for treatment, but here injuries aren’t described as life-changing or life-threatening.

Wiltshire Police confirmed that no arrests were made in connection with the incident.
