Daingerfield man wins $2M in FedEx suit (The Longview News-Journal)

Federal Express Corp. was ordered by a federal jury in Marshall to pay a Daingerfield man $2 million, attorney Blake C. Erskine announced Thursday. The jury found that the 21-year-old FedEx driver did not yield the right of way to a car in which James Hughes was a passenger.
