Daisy Ridley Husband: Meet Tom Bateman

Daisy Ridley husband-English actress, Daisy Jazz Isobel Ridley was born on April 10th, 1992 in the London borough of Westminster in England.

Matilda (1996), starring Mara Wilson as the title character, was Ridley’s favorite movie when she was a child, she said, citing Wilson as a role model.

The final installment of the sequel trilogy, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, starring Ridley as Rey, was released in December 2019.

Ridley co-starred in the 2021 movie adaptation of Patrick Ness’ young-adult book Chaos Walking. In contrast to Tom Holland’s portrayal of Todd Hewitt, she played Viola Eade.

With James McAvoy and Willem Dafoe, she provided her voice for the point-and-click mystery video game Twelve Minutes. The game garnered favorable reviews, and reviewers applauded Ridley’s performance.

On June 7, 2021, Ridley began filming The Marsh King’s Daughter in Ontario, Canada. The last day of the shooting was August 6, 2021.

She has agreed to star in the science fiction mystery thriller Mind Fall, whose director is Mathieu Kassovitz, and she is now filming the Gertrude Ederle portion of the Disney+ biopic Young Lady and the Sea.

It was revealed in May 2022 that Ridley would appear in Magpie, a modern noir thriller written by her partner Tom Bateman and based on Ridley’s original plot concept. Sam Yates was tapped to helm the film.

In an upcoming untitled Star Wars film directed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Ridley will reprise her role as Rey, it was announced during Star Wars Celebration on April 7, 2023, with Ridley taking the stage.
