A special ceremony in De Pere this morning honoring one of Wisconsin's finest. The name of a post office in De Pere was dedicated in the memory of Corporal Justin Ross. Ross was killed in action on March 26th of 2011 after his unit came under fire from insurgents in Helmand province in Afghanistan.
