Denbighshire seller lists rare coin on eBay for over £4,000

The 1982 large-style 50p, described by the seller as an ‘Old Style Large 50p Fifty Pence Coin,’ is currently listed on eBay for £4,086.68 or the best price.

Issued before the 1997 redesign that reduced the size of the coin, the piece has already attracted interest, with 12 users watching the listing.

The seller, based in Llangollen, is offering delivery via first-class post for £2.70.
