Destin harbor project gets state funds (Northwest Florida Daily News)

DESTIN – The state has approved a $2.3 million grant to develop a heritage park at the city’s historic harbor.The Captain Royal Melvin Heritage Park and Plaza project will receive the money as part of a 2008 Florida Forever Grant.
