Developer closes on purchase of Harrisburg’s Keystone Branch post office

The developer who plans to revamp Harrisburg’s Keystone Branch post office on Market Street yesterday closed on the property purchase, paying $600,000 for the former mail facility and 11 acres it’s on, according to the Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds office.
