Diamonds, stamps: Now both are forever (The Journal-Standard)

Price and awareness increases have propelled the popularity of the Forever Stamp. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) announced first-class stamps are going to 44 cents, as of May 11, 2009. About 6 billion Forever stamps have been sold since fiscal year 2008, according to USPS spokesman Tim Ratliff. USPS introduced the Forever Stamp in April 2007.
