Dog attack plea from the Royal Mail
Essex County Standard Royal Mail and the Communication Workers Union are appealing to dog owners in the CM postcode area to keep animals under control. Between April 2011 and April this year, 59 postmen and women were attacked across the CM postcode area by dogs. |
