Dozen Arrested After FedEx Truck Heist (FOX 5 New York)

Authorities have charged a dozen men in the botched New York City hijacking of a FedEx Express truck they thought contained millions of dollars in diamonds. Authorities say the men were about to do it again when some were arrested Thursday.
