Not only does the U.S. Postal Service have problems paying their executives way too much money for a quasi-federal agency, while at the same time raising the cost of stamps, but when I walked into the Shippensburg Post Office I discovered another problem — the clerk behind the counter told me they were sold out of Federal Duck Stamps. I wondered if it was true or if no one bothered to order them.
