Duck Stamps VS Tramp Stamps (The Chattanoogan)

There is a grevious error on some of this year’s Federal Ducks Stamps. The Fish and Wildlife Service, which administers the program, printed about 3.5 million duck stamps attached to cards with a telephone number for ordering additional stamps.
