Ducks Unlimited celebrates stamps’ role in restoring habitat (St. Louis Park Sun-Sailor)

To get the most out of the celebration of the Federal Duck Stamp contest coming to Minnesota in October, participants may have to go from walking shoes to hunting boots to dress shoes.
