The Queen’s nephew was spotted sitting next to an unlikely friend in the Royal Box at Wimbledon today.
The Earl of Snowdon, 60, was with Made in Chelsea star Mark-Francis Vandelli, 32, who is a fellow furniture collector.
The 32-year-old TV star has been a member of the semi-reality show since its first season and a fixture on the programme ever since.
Princess Margaret’s son David Armstrong-Jones, known professionally as David Linley, invited Vandelli as his guest to watch Cameron Norrie’s semi-final against Novak Djokovic on Centre Court today.

The Earl and Vandelli have known each other for a number of years and share a mutual love of furniture.
Snowdon is a furniture maker and a former chairman of auction house Christie’s, while Vandelli is an art connoisseur and niche furniture collector.

The Earl of Snowdon announced his separation from his wife, Serena, in 2020, with friends blaming the amount of time that the Queen’s nephew had to spend working abroad.
He reportedly found love again with his colleague. French-born de La Bruyere, who’s fluent in at least three European languages, has been employed by Christie’s since 1999.
Snowdon and Vandelli watched as Britain’s Cameron Norrie lost in the semi-final to Serbia’s Novak Djokovic but were not the only famous faces in the Royal Box.

Along the front row it was largely royal invitees, with regular fixtures Princess Michael of Kent and the Duke of Kent taking their seats alongside the Duchess of Gloucester.
Princess Beatrice and Edo Mapelli Mozzi were also seated in the exclusive box.
