eBay Antitrust Lawsuit Slogs On (AuctionBytes)

A hearing scheduled for March 18, 2009, in the Malone v. eBay Inc. antitrust lawsuit has been rescheduled for April 1, 2009, to allow the parties to meet and try and resolve disputes in the ongoing litigation process.
