eBay Brings Back Auction Promotion for Non-Store Sellers

eBay let its free-auction holiday promotion expire on January 7, but it’s back again for another 2 weeks. eBay currently waives listing fees for up to 100 Auction-style listings that have no reserve price and have a starting price of 99 cents or less.
