eBay deal: ‘Go-shop’ period ends in $2.4B offer for GSI Commerce

GSI Commerce, which runs websites for retailers like Toys R Us and Bath & Body Works, said Monday that the 40-day period in which it could seek third-party offers to eBay’s $2.4 billion bid has ended.
