eBay (EBAY) Stock Rises Despite Alibaba's U.S. Shopping Site

NEW YORK (TheStreet) — eBay  rose slightly on Wednesday even as Chinese company Alibaba released a beta version of its U.S. e-commerce site 11main.com.
