eBay’s changes to its fee structure will have a big impact auction sellers – and they have only 1 month from the time of the announcement to adjust their auction-selling strategies. eBay will begin including shipping & handling costs into its Final Value Fees. For sellers who don’t have an eBay Store, that means a brand new fee of 9% of shipping & handling costs for all auction listings.
