Ebay files suit against craigslist’s board; seeks to protect investment in co. (Sharewatch)

NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) – Ebay Inc. Tuesday said it has filed a lawsuit in a Delaware court that challenges recent transactions by the board of directors of craigslist, the operator of online communities hosting classified advertisements.
