EBay, GSI Commerce Sued by Septa Over $2.4 Billion Buyout

EBay Inc. (EBAY) , owner of the largest e-commerce market, and its takeover target GSI Commerce Inc. (GSIC) were sued by an investor claiming EBay’s $2.4 billion offer is a “bargain price” and the company is worth more.
