eBay Offers Coupons for 15 Selected Sellers as Part of June Test

Should eBay is running a test by offering coupons that buyers can use on items from selected sellers; the coupon campaign launched on June 1 and runs through the 21st. eBay said coupons can benefit sellers by increasing the number of bidders and buyers on eBay, and said they may encourage recipients to bid more and on higher value items.
