EBay price target, 1Q estimates raised by Piper Jaffray (Sharewatch)

NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) – EBay Inc.’s price target was raised to $40 from $34 by Piper Jaffray, which said it expects the online auctioneer to top first-quarter expectations.
